"Around May 19, 2025 I requested a quote for auto and home insurance. The quote was received on May 23 from Sarah and she apologized for being late. I reviewed the quote and phoned the office. I was ready to proceed and make the change to State Farm. I was told Sarah wasn't in and would be out as she got married. The person I spoke with assured me that someone else in the office would call me and could take care of this. Today is July 25. I never got a call back. Obviously I have taken my business elsewhere. My plan with the previous provider, which I have had for 20 years, ended on July 11. I thought a call in mid-May would be plenty of time. If this is how a person is treated when trying to spend money, can you imagine what will happen if you had a claim?? UPDATE: Thank you for your response. I feel the need to point out that Sarah phoned me at least three times prior to her leaving on vacation. We had no problem connecting with my phone number."

"I called Rachel Davis with some Insurance questions and to request a quote on Monday July 14th at about 11:00 am. The recording says if you call before noon your call will be returned that same day before 5:00 pm and if it is after 12:00 noon your call will be returned the next day before noon. Two days have gone by and still no call back?? I can’t see doing business this way NO ONE to answer phone calls? Sorry but can't do business with a person or company like this!"
