"Katy called me to tell me state farm came to my house and found out my roof was bad. That was a lie. They used Google maps to decide this. If I didn't get it fixed I was to be dropped. I got a metal roof in October. Told Katy was still dropped in December with no notice. You never talk to Rachel and don't go here. They don't follow up and they lie straight to your face . I had been with them since 2008 with no claim ever. Nice to treat your customers this way!!!"
